Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

As a dropshipping store, we work with trusted global suppliers and shipping partners. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive.

Shipping Rates

We offer both flat rate and free shipping depending on your order value and destination.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99 USD for all standard international orders under $75 USD.

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout for orders over $75 USD.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 3–7 business days for tracking information to update.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. However, we currently do not ship to certain regions with active conflicts, trade restrictions, or unreliable postal services, including parts of Central Asia, the Middle East, and sanctioned countries in Africa and South America.

Customs & Import Taxes:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If you believe your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at thelmapava@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Returned with original packaging

You will receive a full refund minus any shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at thelmapava@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
